Purchasing or downloading a Cheerful Learning Co. resource does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
Instead, you receive a limited license to use the resource according to the terms described below.
3. Digital Product License
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, purchasing or downloading a Cheerful Learning Co. digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that resource for personal or educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Permitted Use
Individual Educators
A single educator may use a purchased resource with the students they personally teach.
You may:
Print copies for students you personally teach.
Display the resource for instructional purposes within your classroom.
Use the resource with multiple classes or groups that you personally teach.
Reprint the resource as reasonably necessary for your own classroom use.
Store a personal copy on your own password-protected device or storage account.
Your license belongs to you as the individual purchaser, not to your entire school, grade level, department, team, or organization.
Homeschool Families
A homeschool family may use a purchased resource with children in its immediate household.
You may print and reuse the resource as reasonably necessary for children within your household.
A purchase does not grant permission to distribute copies to a homeschool group, co-op, learning pod, tutoring group, or other families unless the applicable product license specifically permits it.
Parents and Caregivers
Parents and caregivers may use purchased resources with children in their immediate household for personal educational use.
Tutors and Private Instructors
An individual tutor or private instructor may purchase a resource and use it while personally providing educational instruction to their own students or clients.
A tutor may:
Print copies as reasonably necessary for students they personally tutor.
Use the resource during in-person or virtual tutoring sessions.
Display the resource during a private virtual tutoring session.
Reuse the resource with multiple students whom they personally tutor.
Provide a student with a printed copy of an activity when reasonably necessary for that student's instruction or assigned practice.
A tutor's purchase does not grant permission to:
Provide students, parents, or clients with the original digital resource file.
Email, message, or otherwise digitally transfer the resource to students, parents, or clients.
Give clients access to the tutor's Cheerful Learning Co. account or downloads.
Upload resources to a shared drive or platform where clients can independently download the files.
Distribute resources to other tutors, instructors, employees, or contractors.
Include Cheerful Learning Co. resources in a package, membership, course, subscription, or product that provides customers with copies of the resource itself.
Resell printed or digital copies of Cheerful Learning Co. resources.
Tutors may charge for their instructional services while using a properly licensed Cheerful Learning Co. resource. The resource itself may not be sold, sublicensed, redistributed, or provided as a separate paid or free product.
Tutoring companies, learning centers, and organizations with multiple instructors must obtain appropriate licenses for each instructor who will use the resource unless a separate organizational license has been granted by Cheerful Learning Co.
Personal Use
You may print and use purchased resources for your own non-commercial personal use where applicable.
5. Additional Licenses
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, each purchase is licensed to one individual educator, one individual tutor, or one homeschool household.
If multiple educators or tutors wish to use a resource independently, each individual must obtain a license.
Additional licenses may be purchased through our shop when available. You may also contact Cheerful Learning Co. regarding licensing for:

6. Prohibited Use
Unless you have received prior written permission from Cheerful Learning Co., you may not:
Share purchased or downloaded resource files with another educator, tutor, parent, family, or individual.
Email, message, transfer, or otherwise send digital resource files to another person.
Upload resources to shared drives, shared cloud storage, school-wide servers, or other locations where unlicensed individuals can access them.
Resell or redistribute our resources in digital or physical form.
Upload or distribute our products on another website, marketplace, platform, or file-sharing service.
Post complete resources or substantial portions of resources publicly online.
Share downloadable files through social media, blogs, websites, forums, or online groups.
Claim Cheerful Learning Co. resources or content as your own.
Remove or obscure copyright notices, branding, credits, watermarks, or other ownership information.
Copy our resources to create competing or substantially similar products.
Extract graphics, illustrations, design elements, text, activities, questions, or other components from our products for use in your own products.
Modify, adapt, translate, or alter our resources for resale or redistribution.
Include our resources, in whole or in part, in another product offered for free or for sale.
Use our resources for commercial purposes except for the permitted instructional use by educators and tutors described in these Terms.
Sell printed copies of our digital resources.
Use our products as templates for creating products for resale.
Make our resources available through public or unrestricted links.
Circumvent security measures or download restrictions associated with our website or products.
Upload, submit, provide, transmit, or otherwise make our resources or their contents available to an artificial intelligence or machine-learning platform except where expressly authorized in writing by Cheerful Learning Co.
Purchasing a product does not grant permission to use the product or its individual components to create derivative products for distribution or sale.
7. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Cheerful Learning Co. resources may not be uploaded, submitted, transmitted, or otherwise provided to generative artificial intelligence, machine-learning, or similar automated systems without prior written permission from Cheerful Learning Co.
This restriction applies to the resource in its entirety as well as its individual pages, screenshots, images, illustrations, text, questions, activities, answer keys, instructions, designs, and other protected content.
You may not upload or provide Cheerful Learning Co. resources or protected content to an AI or machine-learning system for purposes including, but not limited to:
Generating new educational resources
Creating worksheets, activities, games, assessments, or lesson materials based on our resources
Rewriting or modifying our resources
Summarizing or transforming the contents of a resource
Extracting text, questions, graphics, activities, or other content
Generating derivative or substantially similar materials
Training, fine-tuning, testing, evaluating, or otherwise developing an AI or machine-learning model
Building datasets or content libraries
Creating prompts, templates, or automated workflows based on our protected materials
Reproducing the style, structure, organization, content, or distinctive elements of our products
This prohibition applies whether the AI platform is public, private, free, paid, commercially operated, locally hosted, or provided through an employer, school, organization, or other third party.
Use of an AI platform's privacy settings, temporary-chat features, data controls, enterprise protections, or promises not to use submitted content for model training does not override this restriction.
You may use AI tools independently for your own educational planning or other lawful purposes, but you may not provide Cheerful Learning Co. resources or their protected contents to those tools.
8. Digital Classroom and Online Learning Use
You may use Cheerful Learning Co. resources for instruction in a digital classroom or online learning environment only when access is restricted to the students you personally teach.
When appropriate for the particular resource, you may upload materials to a secure, password-protected learning management system or classroom platform accessible only by your students.
You may not upload Cheerful Learning Co. resources to:
Public websites
Public class pages
Public Google Drive or cloud-storage links
Publicly accessible classroom websites
File-sharing websites
Resource-sharing groups
Artificial intelligence or machine-learning platforms
Any platform where individuals outside your licensed students can access or download the resource

9. Commercial Use
Cheerful Learning Co. products are intended for personal and educational use unless a product listing or separate license expressly permits commercial use.
Purchasing a resource does not grant commercial-use rights.

Charging for instruction does not transform the resource itself into a commercially licensed product and does not give the educator or tutor permission to sell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide the underlying digital files to students, families, clients, or other educators.
10. Sharing Your Experience
We love when customers share how they use Cheerful Learning Co. resources.
You may share photographs or limited images showing our products in use on social media, blogs, websites, reviews, or similar platforms, provided that:
The resource itself cannot be downloaded, copied, or recreated from your post.
You do not display an entire paid resource or enough pages to substitute for purchasing it.
You do not represent the resource as your own creation.
You credit Cheerful Learning Co. as the creator when reasonably appropriate.
When possible, we appreciate a link to the applicable product page or the Cheerful Learning Co. website.
11. Product Descriptions and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products and display representative product images and previews.
